What do I do if the timer for the videos are not working?

The videos and the timers do not sync up. We purposely allow this so that you may watch the video at a faster pace, but this also means that you will need a stable internet connection to keep both the timer and the video running at the same time. Unlike the videos, the timer cannot buffer itself so a dip in your connection may stop the timer. If this becomes an issue for you, let us know and we can help you pass through that unit.
