How to reset your password

When you can't sign in to your account because you've forgotten your password, Pathway lets you reset it by using your username or email address as an identifier. There are two ways to do this:

The first is by visiting https://pathway.training/passwordreset/

Just enter your username or email address and click Reset Password. You should receive an email to reset your password. Remember to check your spam and junk folders if you don't see the email.

Note: You can not request a password reset through the Pathway mobile app.
